Copaiba is genuinely one of my FOREVER FAVORITE OILS! Anything that helps to target inflammation in the body is one that stays at the top of my list! And this amazing oil does that as well as helps to maintain healthy cardiovascular, immune, digestive, respiratory AND nervous systems! So…basically ALL BODY’S THE SYSTEMS! 🤣🙌✨

Here is a little science behind the oil: “Copaiba oil contains the highest levels of β-caryophyllene (BCP) among currently known essential oils. An irregular cannabinoid and sesquiterpene, BCP is a potent constituent within copaiba essential oil. BCP selectively binds to CB2 receptors in the endocannabinoid system (ECS)—a signaling and regulating system comprised of enzymes, receptor sites throughout the body, and endocannabinoids produced by the body. With cannabinoid receptors found widely in the body and all major organs, the ECS acts as a major regulator of human health. The CB2 receptors in this system are of particular importance because they are mostly found within the immune system. We personally love the Birch Benders Paleo waffles for this! We like that it’s a grain free option, which is better for their gut. And then we will use raw sheep or goat cheese, organic lunch meat, lettuce, and whatever other toppings they might like (mayo or mustard, etc!) The soft gels are a great way to fight off sickness as they combine On Guard along with Black Pepper, Oregano, and Melissa essential oils for an immune system punch. So easy to take and makes for a POWERFUL way to fight all the sick junk—especially this time of year. So take these when you feel something coming on or if you’re like me, I’m taking one daily right now so I don’t get any of the junk that is going around. The Elderberry is a major (and completely natural) immune system booster! It is chalked full of antioxidants and is AMAZING at fighting off cold and flu germs, healing bladder infections, fixing digestive issues and giving relief for allergies! You can make Elderberry syrup (leave your recipe or link for people to order below if you do!) but personally, because of current life schedules 🤪, we use our go-to brand of Nature’s Way Sambucus Elderberry…and our kids love it! Vitamin C is one that we have all heard of, of course, 😉 BUT did you know that most people are still extremely deficient in it?! Vitamin C is needed for growth, development and repair of all our body tissues. Could it be a miracle mineral?!? I think it is 😉 I’m a BIG fan, that’s for sure! In fact, I take it every single night before I go to bed. (Yes, even during pregnancy and breastfeeding)🤰🏼
