As a Registered Dietitian and a successful business owner, I offer individual consulting in both nutrition and business to help you grow-Body, Soul and Spirit!
As a Registered Dietitian, I’m often asked about what we eat and all other things health related! While sharing from a public platform or via blog or social media are great…there is no way to really personalize the health journey to each individual without REALLY digging in to the specifics! There is no better time than NOW to go after positive life changes! Life is too short and too precious to let another day go by in an unhealthy or unhappy place.
In my years of business experience of building and leading teams of thousands, I have learned some valuable things along the way…and I want to help YOU learn them too! No matter what business you are in, there are many aspects to have to navigate when looking to achieve success and accomplish goals.
This is a great option if you are unable to meet in person due to location or just don't have the schedule or time for an "in-person" consultation. An initial online consult covers a 60-minute session, where we can dive into your individual questions or concerns, whether it be for a NUTRITION or for a BUSINESS consult.
If you are local to me or are going to be in the Nashville area and would like to set up a in-person consultation, we can go over your individual questions and concerns over a cup of coffee...always a great option! This is also a 60-minute session, whether it be for a NUTRITION or for a BUSINESS consult.
For a more long-term consulting option, this includes FOUR 60-minute online sessions, (1 per week for a month). This allows for an in-depth approach to moving towards health in all things body, soul and spirit!
If you are local to me, I offer a 90-minute "DETOX YOUR HOME" consultation! We will spend this time going through your home, addressing any health questions and helping to make your home a healthy space! This is especially amazing (and makes a great gift!) for those expecting a new baby.
