Energy Balls Recipe

Ok…I posted about these in my stories and got tons of messages about the recipe! 🥰👍 so here it is!!! A fav around our house…ENERGY BALLS! So, so yummy and a great snack (tons of fiber, healthy fats and protein) for the whole house!

Just 5 simple ingredients: almond butter (3 TBSP), dates (1 cup, pitted), chia seeds (1 TBSP), dark chocolate chips (1/4 of a cup) and oats (2/3 Cup, organic, rolled) and if you want you can add a drop of your favorite DōTERRA essential oil such as peppermint, On Guard, or wild orange!

Yep..that’s it! You just Put the dates in your vitamix (or blender of choice), pulse and blend in the remaining ingredients (except for the chocolate chips). And then I stir in the chocolate chips and roll them into little bite-sized balls with my hands and then freeze! The only thing I HIGHLY suggest….make LOTS, because they go QUICK (I usually double or triple the recipe!) 😘💥 have fun making these and ENJOY!

PS. These make GREAT gifts for new mommys! The perfect snack for the nursing cravings or the afternoon pick me up! Make a batch and put them in a mason jar…SO CUTE!💕
