BACK TO SCHOOL means back to the daily routines! One of our FAV KID FOOD HACKS is using our family favorite waffles for a quick “sandwich”, whether it be for school lunches or after school snacks! The kids think it’s AWESOME—like they are getting a super fun treat 😉—but it’s also good for them!
We personally love the Birch Benders Paleo waffles for this! We like that it’s a grain free option, which is better for their gut. And then we will use raw sheep or goat cheese, organic lunch meat, lettuce, and whatever other toppings they might like (mayo or mustard, etc!) It is SO EASY and again…a good way to change up the routine for all of us!
