Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

Happy Monday!!!! Every morning I get so excited to prep my Bulletproof coffee! It is seriously so delicious and has tons of good stuff in it to jump start the morning! 😘☕️ I also get a lot of messages about it so figured I’d do a post here to list everything out! It’s simple and easy…but awesome!

INGREDIENTS:
* Brew / make your Coffee (whatever amount you prefer/ organic is best)
* heat up and add Almond milk or coconut milk (again, just whatever amount you prefer)
* 1-2 scoops of Collagen powder (I love Ancient Nutrition brand for this)
* Add 1-2 TBSP of Grassfed butter (or Ghee if you can’t tolerate dairy)
* 1 TBSP of Brain Octane Oil (MCT OIL / start with 1 TSP if you’ve never used before, and work your way up!)
* OPTIONAL*** 1 drop of your preferred dōTERRA essential oil (Like Turmeric, Cinnamon, Lavender or On Guard)

DIRECTIONS:
* Brew coffee
* Heat and Add almond milk (or whatever type of milk you prefer)
* Mix coffee, milk and all remaining ingredients together in a blender or bullet (to get that frothy mix!)
* Pour into your favorite mug or to-go cup and ENJOY!
