Let’s talk about ELDERBERRY SYRUP and VITAMIN C! These are two things that we make sure to keep in the house (specifically this time of year) and use in our daily routines.
The Elderberry is a major (and completely natural) immune system booster! It is chalked full of antioxidants and is AMAZING at fighting off cold and flu germs, healing bladder infections, fixing digestive issues and giving relief for allergies! You can make Elderberry syrup (leave your recipe or link for people to order below if you do!) but personally, because of current life schedules 🤪, we use our go-to brand of Nature’s Way Sambucus Elderberry…and our kids love it! So it’s a definite WIN-WIN!
Vitamin C is one that we have all heard of, of course, 😉 BUT did you know that most people are still extremely deficient in it?! Vitamin C is needed for growth, development and repair of all our body tissues. It’s needed for the formation of collagen, absorption of iron, keeping the immune system strong, wound healing, AND keeping strong cartilage, bones, and teeth. Basically needed for ALL THE THINGS! (LINKED THE BRANDS / ONES WE USE IN MY STORIES AND WILL ADD TO HIGHLIGHTS!!!) 🥰👍
